jbq.games has no passwords to forget. Adults sign in with a code we email you. Kids don't sign in with an account at all.
Sign in (parents and leaders)
- Go to jbq.games and tap Sign in.
- Type your email and tap Email me a code.
- Open the email from jbq.games. Type the 6-digit code.
- Tap Sign in.
The first time, we ask for your name. Leaders and other parents in your church see it.
You stay signed in on that phone or computer. Tap Sign out at the top of the page to sign out.
If the code doesn't come
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure the email address is spelled right. Tap Use a different email to fix it.
- Tap Send a new code. Codes expire after 10 minutes.
- If you asked for many codes in a row, wait a few minutes and try again.
How kids sign in
Kids never have an email or a password. A parent pairs the kid's device with one scan, and the kid taps their avatar. See Set up your kid's device.
Changing your PIN
Your Parent PIN is separate from signing in. It only unlocks parent mode on your kids' devices. See Parent PIN and parent mode.
