Your church's JBQ leader has a family invite. It comes as a QR code (often on a printed poster) and a short code like ABCD-2345. You only need one of them.
Join your church
- Scan the QR code with your phone's camera and tap the link. Or go to jbq.games/join and type the code.
- You'll see your church's name. Tap Continue with email.
- Type your email. We email you a 6-digit code. Type it in. There's no password to make.
- The first time, tell us your name. Leaders and other parents in your church see it.
- Tap Join as a parent.
You land on your home page, and it says "You're in!"
Add your kids
- On your home page, tap Add a kid.
- Type their first name and last initial. That's all we ask for. Other families see them as "Ava R."
- Pick their grade, or Not in school yet.
- Pick an avatar. This is the picture they tap to sign in.
- Tap Add and set up their device to sign in their tablet now. Or tap Just add and do it later.
Add each kid the same way. As soon as you add a kid, your church's leaders can see them and put them in a group.

- Set up your kid's device so they can practice.
- Set a Parent PIN. Your home page reminds you until you do.
- Quiz your kid from your phone, any time.
Common questions
- The code doesn't work. Check it with your leader. If the director made a new code, the old one stops working.
- I belong to two church programs. Join each one with its own invite. When you add a kid, you choose which church they're in.
- I'm a leader and a parent. Add your kids from your home page like any parent. Your leader tools stay under Programs you lead.
