Keep families in the loop without a group text.
- Open your program and tap News & calendar.
- Give it a title and any details.
- For an event (practice night, store night, a meet), pick the date and time and an optional location. Leave the date empty for a plain announcement.
- To make sure everyone sees it, check Also email every family.
- Tap Post.
Parents see upcoming events under Coming up and announcements under News on their home screen, in their own time zone. An event drops off a few hours after it starts; news stays for 30 days.
To take something down, tap Delete next to it.
