Start
- Tap your picture.
- Pick a game on your home screen.
- Tap Start.
Listen and buzz
In Interrupt Trainer, the app reads a question.
- Listen close.
- As soon as you know which question it is, tap the big red BUZZ button. On a keyboard, press the space bar.
- Say the rest of the question.
- Then say the answer.
If you buzz at just the right word, you get a Perfect interrupt!
Say your answer
- Wait for the yellow microphone.
- Say your answer out loud, in your normal voice.
- Tap I'm done when you finish. Or just stop talking.
If the app didn't hear you, it asks you to say it again. That's OK! It never counts as wrong.
Which One Is It?
Words pop up one at a time. A big number shows how many questions it could still be. Tap Next word. When the number is 1 and you know it, tap I know it!
Win your cards
All 576 questions are cards in My Cards.
- New cards are dark.
- Practice a card once and it turns bronze.
- Get it right on 2 different days and it turns silver.
- Buzz in early and get it right on 2 days, and it turns gold.
- Answer it for your leader at church, and it turns rainbow. That one is yours forever!
Points and streaks
- Practice every day to grow your day streak.
- Your leaders give points for things like checked-off questions. Save them for the prize store at church!
